Because of our unique mix of planning, scientific and engineering expertise, we are able to translate both district and regional planning requirements into common sense.
The planning team is widely experienced in all aspects of the resource consent process, which includes; initial scoping reports, identification of consent requirements, assessments of environmental effects, devising and implementing consultation programmes (including affected/ interested parties, Tangata Whenua, Council officers and other affected parties), recommendation of mitigation measures, preparation and presentation of hearings evidence and, if necessary, appeals to the Environment Court.
