 Aaron Andrew (Director) is responsible for the acquisition and overall management of resource consents sought on behalf of our clients. Aaron has successfully led a number of large multidisciplinary projects with complex resource consent requirements.
At the outset of any project we see it as essential to identify the planning implications and potential environmental impacts, and advise as to how these may be best managed. In this way we can work with the client to avoid potential stumbling blocks and to ensure that the project is received as positively as possible by affected parties and regulatory authorities.
Careful and effective management of the consent application is also essential to ensure a timely decision is reached. In the case of a notified consent, we work to minimise the number of submissions and time spent in public hearings, and where possible, avoid legal action in the environment court.
