Site Investigations are often prompted by the installation or Maintenance of assets, subdivisions, property transactions or pollutant discharges to the environment.

We have extensive experience in both desktop and intrusive site investigations, for both due-diligence and site development purposes. This includes the sampling of soil and water, evaluation of geochemistry and liaison with regulatory authorities. We advise on resource consenting and remediation and provide a level of reporting that meets regulatory requirements.

Projects undertaken include the following:

• Auckland City Council - Stormwater Improvement Programme.  Since 2002 and ongoing. Identification of sites requiring investigation, determining regulatory requirements, undertaking site investigations and remediation. Budget 30M p.a.
• Waitakere City Council - Project Twin Streams Cycle and Walkway.  Investigation of former horticultural sites and lodgement of Remedial Action Plans.  Budget $2M
• Gull New Zealand Ltd - Site investigation of product discharge from decommisioned UST's. 
• John Andrew Ford - Site investigation of vehicle maintenance, repair and sales yard
• Colgate Palmolive Philippines Inc - Due diligence process for site divestment. Sub-surface investigations, remediation and validation
• Numerous Private Projects - Including subdivisions in Waitakere City and Manukau city, and the investigation and remediation of former horticultural sites
